ABOUT US

Midwest Builders, Inc. is a construction management company. Working closely with a variety of subcontractors, we have the service of experts at our fingertips. We believe that it may not be feasibly possible, in this day and age, to have tradesmen for every work area under one roof. We are able to provide skilled laborers when they are needed, who know their trade and work efficiently to provide a quality product. Our overhead costs remain low which allow us to manage your project cost effectively to give you the most for your money.

Midwest Builders, Inc. is a family business that has worked in the construction field since 1992.

Rob Rands is the President of the corporation. His primary duties include customer sales, estimating, bidding, scheduling, project meetings, project management and supervision.

Ryan Rands (son) assumes the same duties and responsibilities as his father and because of our close knit business, either are able to work interchangeably as needed on any given project.

Karla Rands (Rob’s wife) is the Secretary/Treasurer of the corporation. Her duties include accounting, payroll, employee management and customer service.

Racheal Loy (daughter) is the Billing Clerk. She processes accounts receivables and payables as well as job reports, project record keeping, contract documents and customer service.

Holly Rands (daughter –in-law) serves as our office assistant. She is our company receptionist and assists with proposal preparation, project record keeping, and correspondence.

We employ two (2) additional superintendents that oversee projects in process as managers in the field. We have four (4) men employed as carpenter/laborers who complete the necessary framing and finish work on each project.
