Fennimore Smiles
Midwest Builders, Inc. completed construction for Fennimore Smiles in Fennimore, Wisconsin. The project consisted of a new two-level dental facility designed to support modern dental operations, including treatment rooms, sterilization and support spaces, administrative areas, and patient amenities.

Highland Clinic
Midwest Builders, Inc. served as the general contractor for the Highland Clinic, a new community-based healthcare facility for Upland Hills Health in Highland, Wisconsin. The project consisted of a single-story medical clinic designed to provide accessible primary care services.
The scope included full building construction with exam rooms, procedure space, pharmacy, laboratory, staff and administrative areas, and patient waiting and reception spaces. Exterior work included site development, parking, sidewalks, utilities, and ADA-compliant access. The project required coordination with healthcare design standards, life-safety codes, and accessibility requirements while delivering a durable, efficient clinic tailored to the needs of the local community.
High Point Family Medicine

Midwest Builders, Inc. served as the general contractor for the High Point Family Medicine facility in Lancaster, Wisconsin. The work included construction and coordination of a new municipal facility, designed to meet state requirements for durability, safety, and long-term community use.
